STUDIO / WHO'S BEHIND THE STAMPS

Who doesn't sleep here

«We work while you sleep» isn't about our overtime. It's about systems: requests get taken, bookings get made, reminders go out — around the clock, with no one on phone duty. People step in during the day, when you need a head, not a night shift.

We're a small studio, and that's deliberate: the whole chain in one pair of hands, no handing things off «to a department». You talk to the people who build.

About us

Nocto grew out of a simple observation: small businesses get offered either a «website in three days» with no thinking behind it, or a «digital transformation» at an eye-watering price. The middle is empty. That's exactly where we stand: small systems that actually take the pain away, explained in human terms and built honestly.

The night in the name isn't a pose. Requests come in the evening and at night, when the owner is already home. That's when our systems are on duty: taking requests, booking, reminding. Hence the stamps all over this site — every night the system «stamps through» the things that used to get lost.

Inside is a small team with no middle layers: whoever designs it builds it, and whoever builds it answers you in the chat. That's why there's no «a manager will call you back» here — and there never will be.

Principles

01Talk to the people who buildNo manager's manager. You ask — you get an answer from the person whose hands are in the project.
02Everything upfrontPlan, timeline and terms are fixed before we start. Not our thing — we'll say so and point you the right way.
03No invented numbersNo fake metrics, reviews or logos on this site. Some works are under NDA — shown anonymised, demos labelled as demos.
04One partner instead of fiveCreative, website, automation, AI — not five contractors nodding at each other, but one person answering for it all.

On quality

what «done well» means to us
01Flies on a phoneMost clients will open the site on a smartphone, straight from a chat. Speed and mobile aren't «optimisation for later» — they're basic hygiene.
02Clear enough for your momButtons are visible, the type is readable, nothing is squeezed tiny. If a fifty-year-old client can't figure it out — that's our defect, not their problem.
03Timeframes are ranges, not fairy talesWe say «1–3 weeks», not «tomorrow». If we're drifting past the range — you hear it first, not on deadline day.
04Tested on real requestsBefore handover the system runs through a real flow: request, reply, reminder, payment. Not „works on my machine”.
05No vanishing after launchSomething broke, got forgotten, needs one more turn of the screw — you write to the same chat, and the same person replies.

How we work

timeframes are honest ranges, prices we discuss on the call
1
Talk30 minutes
About your business, not technology. Where clients slip away, what annoys you, what's still in a notebook.you get: A clear sense of whether it's fixable at all — and what to fix first.
2
Plan2–3 days
We lay it out step by step: what, in what order, how long it takes.you get: A step-by-step plan and an honest estimate. Then the decision is yours.
3
Build1–3 weeks
We build in iterations and show progress every week. We don't go quiet.you get: Working pieces along the way, not «wait for the finale».
4
Launch2–4 days
We migrate, train you, and test on real requests.you get: A system in action and a manual in plain human language.
5
Nearbyongoing
We watch, fix and keep tuning. One channel — and you get answers.you get: A partner who didn't vanish after the payment.

The whole chain

that's why «one partner instead of five»
CreativeHow your business looks and sounds: identity, copy, packaging the offer.
WebsiteFast, clear, with a request form. One that sells, not a «business card from 2015».
AutomationRequests in one list, booking, reminders, payment by link — all on its own.
AIAn assistant answers the routine questions even at 3 a.m. The hard stuff goes to humans.

Well, now we've met. Fix it?
